14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify their decision to withdraw through the contact form. After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days according to the instructions and address provided by customer service. Do not send a return without prior instructions.
Product condition
The product may be tried on only as necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. It must be returned clean, not worn beyond a simple fitting, with its accessories and, where possible, its packaging and labels. Any loss of value caused by excessive handling may remain the customer’s responsibility.
Costs and refund
Direct return costs are paid by the customer for a withdrawal. KYAWU covers them when a defect, non-conformity or fulfilment error is attributable to us. The purchase price and original standard delivery costs are refunded; delivery supplements are not. Refunds are made within the statutory period and may be withheld until the product is recovered or proof of dispatch is supplied. The same payment method is used unless otherwise agreed.
Defects, non-conformity and exchanges
Report any issue with the order number and useful evidence. This process does not limit the statutory guarantee of conformity or guarantee against hidden defects. Direct exchanges are not guaranteed; unless agreed otherwise, the customer returns the item and places a new order.
