Destinations and rates
- France, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland: free standard delivery.
- Monaco and Luxembourg: standard delivery for €8.
Express delivery is not available.
Timeframes
Order preparation generally takes 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery is estimated at 6 to 12 business days depending on the destination. The date or timeframe communicated when ordering takes precedence. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will occur no later than 30 days after the order, in accordance with applicable rules.
Tracking and address
Tracking is provided when available. Customers must check their address before payment and report any error immediately. Changes are not guaranteed after preparation or dispatch. Costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or unclaimed parcel may be charged when attributable to the customer.
Receipt and delay
Risk transfers when the customer physically receives the parcel. For damage, missing contents or a parcel not received, contact us promptly with the order number and useful photographs. In the event of delay, the customer retains all remedies provided by law, including requesting performance within a reasonable additional period and, where the conditions are met, cancelling the order and obtaining a refund.
