Purpose
These terms govern sales of KYAWU products on kyawu.com to consumers. Placing an order constitutes acceptance without limiting the consumer’s mandatory rights.
Seller and contact
The KYAWU store is operated by AR Vêtements, 81000 Albi, France. Requests can be submitted through the Contact page.
Products and prices
Essential characteristics, colours and prices appear on the product page. Colour display may vary by screen. Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of tax where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before confirmation. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.
Order and payment
The customer must check the basket, contact details and address before payment. The order is confirmed after payment is accepted, subject to manifest error, unavailability or a legitimate fraud check. Secure payment is processed by the providers displayed through Shopify. Any cancellation by AR Vêtements results in a refund of sums received.
Delivery, withdrawal and returns
Destinations, rates and timeframes are set out in the Shipping Policy. Consumers have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; details appear in the Returns and Refund Policy.
Legal guarantees
Products benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under applicable law. Any commercial warranty is additional and does not replace them.
Liability
AR Vêtements is responsible for proper performance of the contract as required by law. Liability cannot be excluded for mandatory obligations. Subject to mandatory rules, it does not cover damage caused by abnormal use, failure to follow care advice, customer fault or force majeure.
Intellectual property and data
The store’s text, visuals and distinctive signs are protected. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Applicable law and disputes
French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country. In the event of a dispute, first contact KYAWU to seek an amicable solution. Once the operator joins a consumer-mediation scheme, the mediator’s details must be added. Consumers retain the right to apply to the competent court.
